I got the cat box so quickly so shipping was amazing. It was packed so nicely which I know because it was very easy to unpack! I had it set up very quickly. I kept it on manual to make sure that I was around when it cleaned. The cats took to it at once on day one. Then the cats saw it clean and were shocked. It took a few days for them to warm back up to it but they have thank goodness.
I love that it has legs and is easy to clean around. I love its profile. It fits wonderfully into the space. I love how quiet it is. I love how many times it stopped when my cat was curious about it. I love the app for it.

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!! Simple and easy to clean and refill. Litter box is large, it can capture a LOT!! Cleaning can be done every other week or even monthly for one cat. And there is no over flowing or spills!! This is that game changer. Watch the video, a child can do this box.
My other automatic cat toilet was a Famistar Automatic Cat Litter Box. The side opened and that's where you placed the bag. It is HORRIBLE!! Not only did it leave extra litter on the door, it was full within a week (by 1 cat). I was gone for 2 weeks, the bag was completely full, the inside was nasty & dirty, and when I took off the over filled bag, there was poop & litter al over. Needless to say, I went for a new box and found the perfect one.

I love this litterbox! The only downside I’ve noticed is the liner inside the litter box has ripped. It started leaking urine through so we have to frequently do a deep clean. as the litter and grime builds up so quickly, causing the litter box to get stuck upside down as it’s cleaning itself. Almost defeats the purpose. It worked great till the liner ripped and I can’t find any replacements.

I’ve had this litter box for a little while now and I gotta say that I love it, and so does my cat! The inside is super roomy. My 10 pound cat fits in there no problem and seems totally comfortable.
The app is super easy to use. It can sense when my cat is inside, so I don’t have to worry about it running while she’s in there. There’s even a light inside, which I didn’t think I needed — but it’s actually so nice for nighttime and makes the whole thing feel more thoughtful.
Honestly, for the price, this thing is amazing. I used to have one from a big name brand and it died after about two or three years. This one works just as well, maybe even better.

I've had this cat litter box for a year now and can do an accurate review. It's a decent litter box, but there are flaws. Right of the bat I was unable to add the device to the app and have remote access and visibility to the little box and set up all the particulars like how long it waits before it runs a cleaning cycle. For some wired reason, this box is made for the 1990s and cannot connect to a 5G WiFi network. Even the crappy Wi-Fi connection I have at my campground (Yes, I live in a camper), is too fancy for this cat box. Who in the world makes a smart litter box that is not compatible with 99% of Wi-Fi networks?
Moving on: the box works fine on it's own, even without Wi-Fi connectivity, but because it keeps trying to connect to the Internet it stops working after about 3 days so it needs to be unplugged, and plugged back in. Then everything is back to normal and the cycle resets. Every three days like clockwork! So I can't go on vacation without having someone cat sit for me because I'll come back to a mess.
The box is not odor free. It does a pretty good job masking some of the smells, but when one of my cats drops a sticky, there is no way you're not going to smell it, for hours until it dries out. So we keep the QRF at the ready and spring into action to flush the stinkies down the toilet when they drop.
Other than that, it's convenient since I don't have to scoop everyday (the drawer is big enough to last 5-7 days for two cats). I chose a green tea tofu cat litter because it controls urin order better and I can let the drawer fill before emptying it.

While basically a good product, several issues must be addressed:
1. Does not really work well with typical clumping litters. These often stick to the walls and floor and soon stink. The urine lumps can often break into small balls that don't get filtered out.
Easy solution is to use non-clumping crystal litter!
2. For larger cats, an entrance step is required to help prevent the cats from launching themselves out of the box. When they do so, the drum can be knocked askew and the gravity/weight-based safeties are triggered, stopping all cycling.
Now, everything works great!

We keep the litter topped and clean out the bottom waste basket every couple days and you can't even tell there is a litter box in the room.
Once we had someone watching the pets when we we were out of town and they didnt clean the bottom trash can so it filled up and got stuck open and then the cat couldn't use it. So just keep an eye on that. Cat loves it. We love it.

I wanted this litter box because it has open design, so I was thinking that my Maine coon will have more space while using it. But at first the litter pan itself is very small, smaller than the previous system we had, and the worst issue is that this litter box already stuck twice in upside down position while cleaning, so my poor cat wasn’t able to use it, and had to go poop near it. I don’t know what’s the issue of this stucking, but it’s inappropriate for an automated litter box and I’m very disappointed in it.

This f-ing machine helped me out so much in life right now. I love my kitties (as a guy) but I do everything! Work, bills, repairs, f-ing etc…… I don’t want to clean cat litter after all that every month of my life when I got these f-ers in my house not contributing nothing! But of course from the women to the grown a** kids male/female I was ruining my litter by time I cleaned it. Hopefully the mechanism of the machine last for years but for now I am extremely satisfied! Now the same time I clean it all I have to do is pull out the tray, tie up the bag, and put another bag in the tray and put it back! Excelsior!!!!!!

I was so thrilled with this new cat litter box. It is wonderful. I was thrilled at the value price it was making it affordable for me. It was simple and easy to set up and use. The app is great. It's easy to clean and use. I tried out the cleaning litter and nothing sticked making it great. It makes a great better litter box for my car. I had her use it already. And I love the different colored lights it can be changed too. It is not too big either. Prefect size .

The units works fine as a stand alone. However if the home WiFi and router is running at 5g the app on your phone will not work, as stated in the company's description. I then tried to to do a manual add. However there is no picture that remotely looks like the unit. So that doesn't work either. Also the blinking internet light on the front of the unit scared the cats, so we covered it with cardboard. I found the remote app is useless and deleted it from the phone. Otherwise, satisfied with the product.

I have another self cleaner from a different company- this one is 100x better! Quiet, large capacity. I have two cats that are pee and poop machines (shocking because they're smaller females). This keeps up with them and allows me to go AT LEAST 5 days without having to clean it. My other I'm lucky if I get a day out of. I love this just with the actual box (because of the thickness of the walls) was just a tad smaller. But overall this is a life saver. Easily assembled without much fuss. Great for the price. Thinking of getting another and getting rid of the other brand I have.

Love it! The tray at the bottom keeps the smell contained, it comes woth a roll of trash bags that got your tray. When I purchased this item I was unaware of the App features, which was a lovely bonus on my end. The app tells me the weight of my cat, how long their potty break was, the last cleaning cycle. I can change the color of the light, adjust the brightness, adjust how many times it cleans itself within the hour. All in all, I am happy with my purchase!

It took my cat a bit to get used to this automatic litter box but now she loves it! I love that it empties on the bottom and not on the top like other auto litter boxes. It's definitely easier to empty and clean out to refill with fresh litter. I also love that it only cycles once, it is very quiet and The fact that I am able to control the color and brightness of the inside light, as well as the outside panel brightness. This product works for a couple of day. Then it clogs up and stops functioning. Even when the poop bag is empty. Then I have to clean the drum with a pooper scooper. I try it many times. But nothing made it work. If I had know what the return limit was I would have returned it!!!

So it’s my first time purchasing a self cleaning cat litter box and I was worried if it will work but it doesn’t disappoint me . At least it doesn’t disappoint my cats . Using the app to monitor all the stats of my cats, how long they use it, their weights and the cleaning process as well. I really like it’s has an awaiting period to let the litter clumping then do the collecting part . There is also sensor so it will stop when my car was just peaking at the door front. Size is huge which can fit my 15lb cat. Top is easy to remove , feel sturdiness . Very quiet when it’s cleaning and it’s very easy to assemble, just 4 legs and 1 bucket. So I will definitely recommend people to use it . It definitely stay up to my standards with the price I’m paying . Love it

I have 3 cats and I needed a bigger automatic litter box to accommodate them. The litter bix i had was great for one or 2 cats but not 3 full grown cats. I was emptying the tray 3 times a week.
This litter box is BIG. I think even a Maine Coon would fit comfortably. The collection tray is 3 times the size of the box I had before. It's been almost a week and I haven't needed to change it.
The set up is very easy. There aren't a lot of parts to put together so maintaining will be easier. No more litter caught in the gears. No more having to put parts back where they go because nothing will fall off!!

This litter box is pretty big, and it’s easy to set up! My cat started to use soon after I set it up without any problem. It’s been a few days and the odor control is good so far. This was a great investment, no longer have to worry about the dog getting into the box. Or the cats flinging litter all over the place. Easy to put together and easy to install the app. Took about 20 minutes.
Best part is the drawer is on the bottom not the top so I don't have to worry about accidently hitting the unit and spilling the content all over a clean floor.

I love the simplicity of this litter box. We have been using it a month for two older cats.
I do wish there was some sort of step because we have one older, fatter cat that I think had issues jumping in it so she stopped using it and pees and poops on the floor.
The other issue I have is that I have the wait time set for 20 minutes which should be more than enough for the urine to harden up as most resources say at least 7 minutes and it still smears all over the sides. I am using fresh step for multiple cats but I am going to try some other brands of litter to see if it helps.
The most aggravating issue is the constant errors (which you cant see unless you manually open the app, no notification unless you purchase the subscription):
- Door anti-pinch triggered!
- Bottom infrared anti-pinch triggered!
Otherwise it cuts wayyyyy down on the smell which is amazing and such easy clean up.

The litterbox was super easy to put together and set up, all the parts were straightforward and we just had to spend a bit of effort making sure everything was secure. Setting up and connecting the litter box to our device was also very simple, we just downloaded the app and followed all the instructions. The box isn't too big either, we were able to carry it around to where we wanted it without any trouble. The package came with a litter catcher mat, which was a nice addition.
After using it for a few days, we found that this litter box reduced the odor in our home a lot compared to our old litter box. The self-cleaning feature has made it so easy for us to clean out the litter box. It used to take more than 10 minutes, and now it's as easy as pulling out the drawer, replacing the trash bag and tossing the old one! It is also very quiet- we thought it wasn't doing its job at first, but the self-cleaning mechanism is super silent.

I’ve had this litter box for a little while now and I gotta say that I love it, and so does my cat! The inside is super roomy. My 10 pound cat fits in there no problem and seems totally comfortable.
The app is super easy to use. It can sense when my cat is inside, so I don’t have to worry about it running while she’s in there. There’s even a light inside, which I didn’t think I needed — but it’s actually so nice for nighttime and makes the whole thing feel more thoughtful.
Honestly, for the price, this thing is amazing. I used to have one from a big name brand and it died after about two or three years. This one works just as well, maybe even better.

My first Reaction when I received this product was being in shock by all the amazing details the company put into this it was super easy to assemble as everything can be ready to snap into place, The quality is a 9/10 and not extremely heavy either. It's nice and sturdy and holds my cat's weight effortlessly. There is not one thing that they didn't think of that this self-cleaning litter box doesn't include. Everything was packaged and secured in high quality they placed everything wrapped in plastiuc and foam and also it came with everything that the pictures and descriptions displayed im surprised that everything even the garbage bags came with it. My cat's initial reaction was to explore it, and they were very curious and a little hesitant. This self-cleaning is so helpful when it comes to lingering smells, overflowing poop, clumps, or even splashed litter on the side of the litter box. It removes all those problems when it comes to cleaning day; it makes it 10x easier. I've had two cats for four years now and I can tell you that our standard litter box for two cats can become alot of maintenance. This is such a life saver, and I would recommend this exact model. This self cleaning litter box works just as well as one of my other ones (I have 3 different ones). I really appreciate the interior light. Easier to see if the cat is in there at night time and you can change the color and brightness in the app. Sometimes the waste gets stuck to the bottom and I have to scrape it off, but I have yet to find one that doesn't have that happen. The only time the litter comes out is when the cat stands right inside the "door" and starts digging, flinging the litter right out the "doorway". ♀️ I read some reviews saying that the drum gets stuck upside down but the only time I have encountered this is when it empties some waste into the drawer and it becomes full (above the sensor line). That is so the drum doesn't smear the excrement on the inside as it spins back into position. I also appreciate how easy it is to remove and wash the inside tray that the litter sits in. Item is very sturdy. My cat and 3 kittens took to it very guickly and look comfortable in it. My cat is 6 months old, 8lb. There is no leakage from urination. Customer service is quick and helpful. The item went on sale right after I bought it. I wrote them and they refunded the difference. I would definitely purchase this item from them again.

This purchase has truly been one of the best decisions I made. I have two kittens and I realized I was allergic after I adopted them. The automatic litter box has helped me to an extent where I have no allergies at all especially since I am not cleaning the litter everyday and inhaling the dust. This litter box has so many advantages. 1. It does not require a lot of litter like the regular one. 2. You don’t have to clean it everyday. This is very helpful if you are traveling and want someone to take care of your pets, you dont have to awkwardly ask them to clean the litter. 3. Once in a week, you change the garbage bag underneath. 4. When the litterbox is cleaning and suppose one of your kitten tries to go in, it automatically halts the whole process and waits until it senses nothing. I absolutely love this product, also because it is not as expensive as other automatic litter boxes and works so well.

I have 3 cats and this litter box was a game changer! We went from scooping everyday and completely changing the box every few days to only having to take the trash bag out of the bin 1-2 times a week. It’s also not too loud, we barely hear it and we have it right next to our living room. Our cats were cautious at first, but they took to it pretty fast. The app is very easy to use and allows you to adjust all settings to your liking. I love that it has manual mode as well, as a worried cat momma I wanted to make sure the sensors worked properly before allowing the box to do its own thing and they work so well, in fact I’m constantly having to shew my cats away because they enjoy watching the drum flip and it pauses its cycle every time lol. This is the best thing we’ve spent money on by far.

If you have a cat (or 4) you need this in your life. It is simple to assemble. Just take the plastic off everything, pop the legs on, slide the drawer in, plug it in and you're ready to never scoop again. It's extremely quiet, sturdy, heavy enough that my 4 demon/angel kittens can't move it but not so heavy that I can't move it on my own. The waste drawer holds a lot. I thought with 4 furry terrors I would be dumping every day but I only have to do that twice a week. A friend came to my house to help with something personal and said "Your house smells so good!" I asked "It doesn't smell the cat box?" She said "No. It smells like fresh laundry. Why would it smell like a cat box?" (I had not done laundry in 4 or 5 days cause I stay exhausted) We rounded the corner in the hall and she then saw my 4 furry devils behind the gate and said "OMG you have 4 cats! I have ONE and my house stinks. How does yours not?" I showed her this robot litter box and she begged for the link to order. It's a breeze to operate and I had zero issues connecting it to my WiFi. I keep it on manual mode since my 4 are young and want to play in it when it cleans. I push the clean button 4 or 5 times a day and wait til it is done cycling before leaving the room. If the 4 heathens are napping in another room, I use the app for a clean cycle and they have no idea it's on due to it being so quiet. The water proof tray is easy to pop out for a quick wipe down when I change the litter which I only need to do every 2 weeks. I add a little fresh litter every other day to replace the used. Use a really good clumping litter and nothing sticks to the tray or sides. Clumps slide out like butter. This robot litter box is so good that I'm ordering another. Whisper, Bird, Marble and Fireball approved! All from the same abandoned litter that I've had since they were 4 days old. ❤️

For the price this is an amazing self cleaning cat litter cleaning system. We used to have a cat genie which we loved as it hooked directly to a waste line in your house. However, it was getting old and so is our cat. I didnt want to invest that kind of money again if my 17 year old cat was not going to be around much longer. You may say, "Why dont you just get another cat?" Well, I am allergic and have suffered long enough. Anyway, for about 1/2 the price, maybe a little less, I tried this one after watching about 60 videos on different self cleaning litter systems. At first my old man was confused and at night I still think he is, but that is not the systems fault, it just happens with older cats.
The system is easy to assemble and very easy to use. Basically plug and play. I will say at first with my cat I had to purchase a little step, but once he got used to it we removed the step because our cat is a little bigger and he would sometimes not turn around to urinate and it would go on the step. Since we removed the step he jumps in and turns around now.
It cleans pretty good, but the urine sometimes clumps and you have to assist it to get unstuck. That would be its only fault. After about 4 days you need to remove the litter on the bottom because if you dont you can smell the urine. So please don't get this and think I can set it and forget it.
When I purchased It I got it on a lightning deal for 219 so i feel for the price you cant beat it, plus it came with two rolls of litter bags and one air freshener.

Being a lifelong cat (indoor) owner I have spent so so so much time cleaning litter. Scraping down the insides of plastic trays. Trying to determine if the litter is too old and needs to be completely replaced. Putting cat waste into bags, inside bins, which go into larger bins. Throughout it all I told myself these new-fangled self-cleaning boxes were too much money to spend on such a simple chore! Days turn into weeks, and months, and years, and decades and you sister tells you they got one for very little money and it works great. So you look at amazon... okay the prices are a lot lower than they used to be, but there are SO many choices! How can the market support so many offerings that are basically the same?
I eventually decided on this as my first foray into world of self-cleaning litter boxes and have been 100% happy with the choice! I watched a few comparison videos before deciding, then went for this one other various others because they were running a limited time discount sale. It came and I set it up - the exterior footprint is pretty big compared to a traditional litterbox, but it was replacing 3 of those! Legs went in their ports, removed all the shipping stuff, filled with the proscribed level of clumping litter and plugged in. Went back later to check the drawer - lo and behold it contained cat waste!
Other than a hiccup within the first day or two (it decided to stop doing the full cleaning cycle and would just go about 25 degrees in each direction before calling the process done, but unplugging it and plugging it back in fixed this!) it has been chugging along without a problem. Every few days I journey downstairs, pull out the drawer and dump the contents in a bin, then top off the litter inside - I cannot believe I put off buying one of these for so so long!
Other features (that you don't need to use at all) are a 2.4ghz wifi connection and associated app. You can change the internal lighting color with the app, which you cannot do from the built-in control panel, and it will also track your cat's weight and bathroom frequency. Pairing was easy enough, and the app is straightforward, but again this isn't necessary for the product to complete its intended function!

Comparing this model and brand to the name brand, Litter Robot, this one works just as well, is so very user friendly, set up was a breeze. Plus, this brand is a fraction of the cost of the Litter Robot brand! It is heavy duty yet sleek enough to fit nicely in a corner. Super quiet and totally customizable.
We use to make sure to scoop our old litter box daily, but with this self cleaning litter box we only have to empty the bag about twice a week and it totally seals out the odors.

I got the cat box so quickly so shipping was amazing. It was packed so nicely which I know because it was very easy to unpack! I had it set up very quickly. I kept it on manual to make sure that I was around when it cleaned. The cats took to it at once on day one. Then the cats saw it clean and were shocked. My other automatic cat toilet was a Famistar Automatic Cat Litter Box. The side opened and that's where you placed the bag. It is HORRIBLE!! Not only did it leave extra litter on the door, it was full within a week (by 1 cat). I was gone for 2 weeks, the bag was completely full, the inside was nasty & dirty, and when I took off the over filled bag, there was poop & litter al over. Needless to say, I went for a new box and found the perfect one.

I love this litterbox! The only downside I’ve noticed is the liner inside the litter box has ripped. It started leaking urine through so we have to frequently do a deep clean. as the litter and grime builds up so quickly, causing the litter box to get stuck upside down as it’s cleaning itself. Almost defeats the purpose. It worked great till the liner ripped and I can’t find any replacements.

I've had this cat litter box for a year now and can do an accurate review. It's a decent litter box, but there are flaws. Right of the bat I was unable to add the device to the app and have remote access and visibility to the little box and set up all the particulars like how long it waits before it runs a cleaning cycle. For some wired reason, this box is made for the 1990s and cannot connect to a 5G WiFi network. Even the crappy Wi-Fi connection I have at my campground (Yes, I live in a camper), is too fancy for this cat box. Who in the world makes a smart litter box that is not compatible with 99% of Wi-Fi networks?
Moving on: the box works fine on it's own, even without Wi-Fi connectivity, but because it keeps trying to connect to the Internet it stops working after about 3 days so it needs to be unplugged, and plugged back in. Then everything is back to normal and the cycle resets. Every three days like clockwork! So I can't go on vacation without having someone cat sit for me because I'll come back to a mess.
The box is not odor free. It does a pretty good job masking some of the smells, but when one of my cats drops a sticky, there is no way you're not going to smell it, for hours until it dries out. So we keep the QRF at the ready and spring into action to flush the stinkies down the toilet when they drop.
Other than that, it's convenient since I don't have to scoop everyday (the drawer is big enough to last 5-7 days for two cats). I chose a green tea tofu cat litter because it controls urin order better and I can let the drawer fill before emptying it.

I wanted this litter box because it has open design, so I was thinking that my Maine coon will have more space while using it. But at first the litter pan itself is very small, smaller than the previous system we had, and the worst issue is that this litter box already stuck twice in upside down position while cleaning, so my poor cat wasn’t able to use it, and had to go poop near it. I don’t know what’s the issue of this stucking, but it’s inappropriate for an automated litter box and I’m very disappointed in it.

Work, bills, repairs, f-ing etc…… I don’t want to clean cat litter after all that every month of my life when I got these f-ers in my house not contributing nothing! The units works fine as a stand alone. However if the home WiFi and router is running at 5g the app on your phone will not work, as stated in the company's description. I then tried to to do a manual add. However there is no picture that remotely looks like the unit. So that doesn't work either. Also the blinking internet light on the front of the unit scared the cats, so we covered it with cardboard. I found the remote app is useless and deleted it from the phone. Otherwise, satisfied with the product.

I have another self cleaner from a different company- this one is 100x better! Quiet, large capacity. I have two cats that are pee and poop machines (shocking because they're smaller females). This keeps up with them and allows me to go AT LEAST 5 days without having to clean it. My other I'm lucky if I get a day out of. I love this just with the actual box (because of the thickness of the walls) was just a tad smaller. But overall this is a life saver. Easily assembled without much fuss. Great for the price. Thinking of getting another and getting rid of the other brand I have.

When I purchased this item I was unaware of the App features, which was a lovely bonus on my end. The app tells me the weight of my cat, how long their potty break was, the last cleaning cycle. It took my cat a bit to get used to this automatic litter box but now she loves it! I love that it empties on the bottom and not on the top like other auto litter boxes. I have 3 cats and I needed a bigger automatic litter box to accommodate them. The litter bix i had was great for one or 2 cats but not 3 full grown cats. I was emptying the tray 3 times a week.
This litter box is BIG. I think even a Maine Coon would fit comfortably. The collection tray is 3 times the size of the box I had before. It's been almost a week and I haven't needed to change it.
The set up is very easy. There aren't a lot of parts to put together so maintaining will be easier. No more litter caught in the gears. No more having to put parts back where they go because nothing will fall off!!

I love the simplicity of this litter box. We have been using it a month for two older cats.
I do wish there was some sort of step because we have one older, fatter cat that I think had issues jumping in it so she stopped using it and pees and poops on the floor.
The other issue I have is that I have the wait time set for 20 minutes which should be more than enough for the urine to harden up as most resources say at least 7 minutes and it still smears all over the sides. I am using fresh step for multiple cats but I am going to try some other brands of litter to see if it helps.
The most aggravating issue is the constant errors (which you cant see unless you manually open the app, no notification unless you purchase the subscription):
- Door anti-pinch triggered!
- Bottom infrared anti-pinch triggered!
Otherwise it cuts wayyyyy down on the smell which is amazing and such easy clean up.

The litterbox was super easy to put together and set up, all the parts were straightforward and we just had to spend a bit of effort making sure everything was secure. Setting up and connecting the litter box to our device was also very simple, we just downloaded the app and followed all the instructions. The box isn't too big either, we were able to carry it around to where we wanted it without any trouble. The package came with a litter catcher mat, which was a nice addition.
After using it for a few days, we found that this litter box reduced the odor in our home a lot compared to our old litter box. I’ve had this litter box for a little while now and I gotta say that I love it, and so does my cat! The inside is super roomy. My 10 pound cat fits in there no problem and seems totally comfortable.
The app is super easy to use. It can sense when my cat is inside, so I don’t have to worry about it running while she’s in there. There’s even a light inside, which I didn’t think I needed — but it’s actually so nice for nighttime and makes the whole thing feel more thoughtful.
Honestly, for the price, this thing is amazing. I used to have one from a big name brand and it died after about two or three years. This one works just as well, maybe even better.

My first Reaction when I received this product was being in shock by all the amazing details the company put into this it was super easy to assemble as everything can be ready to snap into place, The quality is a 9/10 and not extremely heavy either. It's nice and sturdy and holds my cat's weight effortlessly. There is not one thing that they didn't think of that this self-cleaning litter box doesn't include. Everything was packaged and secured in high quality they placed everything wrapped in plastiuc and foam and also it came with everything that the pictures and descriptions displayed im surprised that everything even the garbage bags came with it. My cat's initial reaction was to explore it, and they were very curious and a little hesitant. This self-cleaning is so helpful when it comes to lingering smells, overflowing poop, clumps, or even splashed litter on the side of the litter box. It removes all those problems when it comes to cleaning day; it makes it 10x easier. I've had two cats for four years now and I can tell you that our standard litter box for two cats can become alot of maintenance. This is such a life saver, and I would recommend this exact model. I also love how I can track my animal's weight and detect how healthy they are through their app as this is one of the few litter boxes that includes that, through their app i can adjust the light from many different colors to how much light output of brightness and flow of light is emitted, not only that but through that app it tracks everytime it is cleaned and logs the date and time . The capacity for the waste that the product is shifting up is convenient as i dumped a hefty amount of litter into the box and it held the sand nicely in a little pouch. This is convenient for when im away, I don't have to worry about if my cat will find the litter box too full it also prevents them from sniffing to find other places to do their "business" in. The LED lights add its flare for not only looks but also for a futuristic sense when i have guests over but also comfort for my animals to use the bathroom late at night. This self cleaning litter box works just as well as one of my other ones (I have 3 different ones). I really appreciate the interior light. Easier to see if the cat is in there at night time and you can change the color and brightness in the app. Sometimes the waste gets stuck to the bottom and I have to scrape it off, but I have yet to find one that doesn't have that happen. The only time the litter comes out is when the cat stands right inside the "door" and starts digging, flinging the litter right out the "doorway". ♀️ I read some reviews saying that the drum gets stuck upside down but the only time I have encountered this is when it empties some waste into the drawer and it becomes full (above the sensor line). That is so the drum doesn't smear the excrement on the inside as it spins back into position. I also appreciate how easy it is to remove and wash the inside tray that the litter sits in. Item is very sturdy. My cat and 3 kittens took to it very guickly and look comfortable in it. My cat is 6 months old, 8lb. There is no leakage from urination. Customer service is quick and helpful. The item went on sale right after I bought it. I wrote them and they refunded the difference. I would definitely purchase this item from them again.

This purchase has truly been one of the best decisions I made. I have two kittens and I realized I was allergic after I adopted them. The automatic litter box has helped me to an extent where I have no allergies at all especially since I am not cleaning the litter everyday and inhaling the dust. This litter box has so many advantages. 1. It does not require a lot of litter like the regular one. 2. You don’t have to clean it everyday. This is very helpful if you are traveling and want someone to take care of your pets, you dont have to awkwardly ask them to clean the litter. 3. Once in a week, you change the garbage bag underneath. 4. When the litterbox is cleaning and suppose one of your kitten tries to go in, it automatically halts the whole process and waits until it senses nothing. I absolutely love this product, also because it is not as expensive as other automatic litter boxes and works so well.

-stretches the use of your litter out by a lot, it’s not very wasteful
-the app is simple and useful
Cons - needs to be reset every couple of days for whatever reason (I check it a lot anyway so no problem)
-the walls on the inside of the cat box get a little caked but it’s a simple clean once a week
Overall fantastic litter box, our roommate is moving so we’re down to two cats sharing this now so it should be less maintenance, really good litter box and I highly recommend, saved me a lot of time and effort :)

I have 3 cats and this litter box was a game changer! We went from scooping everyday and completely changing the box every few days to only having to take the trash bag out of the bin 1-2 times a week. It’s also not too loud, we barely hear it and we have it right next to our living room. Our cats were cautious at first, but they took to it pretty fast. The app is very easy to use and allows you to adjust all settings to your liking. I love that it has manual mode as well, as a worried cat momma I wanted to make sure the sensors worked properly before allowing the box to do its own thing and they work so well, in fact I’m constantly having to shew my cats away because they enjoy watching the drum flip and it pauses its cycle every time lol. This is the best thing we’ve spent money on by far.

If you have a cat (or 4) you need this in your life. It is simple to assemble. Just take the plastic off everything, pop the legs on, slide the drawer in, plug it in and you're ready to never scoop again. It's extremely quiet, sturdy, heavy enough that my 4 demon/angel kittens can't move it but not so heavy that I can't move it on my own. The waste drawer holds a lot. I thought with 4 furry terrors I would be dumping every day but I only have to do that twice a week. A friend came to my house to help with something personal and said "Your house smells so good!" I asked "It doesn't smell the cat box?" She said "No. It smells like fresh laundry. Why would it smell like a cat box?" (I had not done laundry in 4 or 5 days cause I stay exhausted) We rounded the corner in the hall and she then saw my 4 furry devils behind the gate and said "OMG you have 4 cats! I have ONE and my house stinks. How does yours not?" I showed her this robot litter box and she begged for the link to order. It's a breeze to operate and I had zero issues connecting it to my WiFi. I keep it on manual mode since my 4 are young and want to play in it when it cleans. I push the clean button 4 or 5 times a day and wait til it is done cycling before leaving the room. If the 4 heathens are napping in another room, I use the app for a clean cycle and they have no idea it's on due to it being so quiet. The water proof tray is easy to pop out for a quick wipe down when I change the litter which I only need to do every 2 weeks. I add a little fresh litter every other day to replace the used. Use a really good clumping litter and nothing sticks to the tray or sides. Clumps slide out like butter. This robot litter box is so good that I'm ordering another. Whisper, Bird, Marble and Fireball approved! All from the same abandoned litter that I've had since they were 4 days old. ❤️

For the price this is an amazing self cleaning cat litter cleaning system. We used to have a cat genie which we loved as it hooked directly to a waste line in your house. However, it was getting old and so is our cat. I didnt want to invest that kind of money again if my 17 year old cat was not going to be around much longer. You may say, "Why dont you just get another cat?" Well, I am allergic and have suffered long enough. Anyway, for about 1/2 the price, maybe a little less, I tried this one after watching about 60 videos on different self cleaning litter systems. At first my old man was confused and at night I still think he is, but that is not the systems fault, it just happens with older cats.
The system is easy to assemble and very easy to use. Basically plug and play. I will say at first with my cat I had to purchase a little step, but once he got used to it we removed the step because our cat is a little bigger and he would sometimes not turn around to urinate and it would go on the step. Since we removed the step he jumps in and turns around now.
It cleans pretty good, but the urine sometimes clumps and you have to assist it to get unstuck. That would be its only fault. After about 4 days you need to remove the litter on the bottom because if you dont you can smell the urine. So please don't get this and think I can set it and forget it.
When I purchased It I got it on a lightning deal for 219 so i feel for the price you cant beat it, plus it came with two rolls of litter bags and one air freshener.

Being a lifelong cat (indoor) owner I have spent so so so much time cleaning litter. Scraping down the insides of plastic trays. Trying to determine if the litter is too old and needs to be completely replaced. Putting cat waste into bags, inside bins, which go into larger bins. Throughout it all I told myself these new-fangled self-cleaning boxes were too much money to spend on such a simple chore! Days turn into weeks, and months, and years, and decades and you sister tells you they got one for very little money and it works great. So you look at amazon... okay the prices are a lot lower than they used to be, but there are SO many choices! How can the market support so many offerings that are basically the same?
I eventually decided on this as my first foray into world of self-cleaning litter boxes and have been 100% happy with the choice! I watched a few comparison videos before deciding, then went for this one other various others because they were running a limited time discount sale. It came and I set it up - the exterior footprint is pretty big compared to a traditional litterbox, but it was replacing 3 of those! Legs went in their ports, removed all the shipping stuff, filled with the proscribed level of clumping litter and plugged in. Went back later to check the drawer - lo and behold it contained cat waste!
Other than a hiccup within the first day or two (it decided to stop doing the full cleaning cycle and would just go about 25 degrees in each direction before calling the process done, but unplugging it and plugging it back in fixed this!) it has been chugging along without a problem. Every few days I journey downstairs, pull out the drawer and dump the contents in a bin, then top off the litter inside - I cannot believe I put off buying one of these for so so long!
Other features (that you don't need to use at all) are a 2.4ghz wifi connection and associated app. You can change the internal lighting color with the app, which you cannot do from the built-in control panel, and it will also track your cat's weight and bathroom frequency. Pairing was easy enough, and the app is straightforward, but again this isn't necessary for the product to complete its intended function!

Love, Love, Love this self cleaning litter box. I have had this for about a month. Comparing this model and brand to the name brand, Litter Robot, this one works just as well, is so very user friendly, set up was a breeze. Plus, this brand is a fraction of the cost of the Litter Robot brand! It is heavy duty yet sleek enough to fit nicely in a corner. Super quiet and totally customizable.

A: The “Bottom anti-pinch triggered” error may be caused by dust on the white sensor strips. Remove the upper cover and drum, then use a damp tissue to clean the white strips (circled in red). There’s also a long white strip on the other side—please wipe that as well. Also check if the litter bag is pressed down properly in the bottom tray. If the issue still exists, we’ll resend you a new one.
