Q: I'm getting a "Door anti-pinch triggered" message — what should I do?
A: The "Door anti-pinch" issue may be caused by misalignment of the infrared sensors, often due to transport shaking. Please check if the drum is installed correctly. Try removing and reinstalling it, then unplug and reconnect the power. Press the "Clean" and "Reset" buttons to see if the issue resolves.
If it still doesn’t work, please share your order number, name, address, and phone number. We can arrange a replacement or a full refund for you.
Q: What causes the "Bottom anti-pinch triggered" error?
A: The “Bottom anti-pinch triggered” error may be caused by dust on the white sensor strips. Remove the upper cover and drum, then use a damp tissue to clean the white strips (circled in red). There’s also a long white strip on the other side—please wipe that as well. Also check if the litter bag is pressed down properly in the bottom tray. If the issue still exists, we’ll resend you a new one.
Q: Why is the “Gravity anti-pinch triggered” message showing on my litter box?
A: This error can happen due to a few reasons. Please check the following:

Make sure the drum is installed correctly and isn’t bent, twisted, or damaged (see image).

The bin should sit flat on a hard surface—not on soft carpets or pads.

After adding new trash, press the reset button to set the weight to zero.

Unplug the power and reconnect it.

Reinstall the trash bin properly.

Q: Why does it always show ‘Cat hasn’t entered for a long time’ even though my cat actually used it?
A: This may be a temporary recognition error. Please unplug the device, remove the litter box from the app, then reconnect and re-pair the device.
Q: Why can’t I connect the device to Wi-Fi?
A: Please make sure the following are correct:

Your phone is connected to 2.4G Wi-Fi (not 5G)

Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Location are all turned on

The Wi-Fi light on the machine is flashing

Wi-Fi password is correct

The router is close enough and signal is strong
If you use a dual-band router, try separating 2.4G and 5G in the router settings.
